The Challenge
With operations spanning dozens of countries, Grupo Bimbo needed to maintain a consistent quality standard for its commercial applications while ensuring the continuity of business-critical solutions. From Mexico, we established a centralized team responsible for the development, support, and evolution of Grupo Bimbo's commercial applications, providing extended-hour coverage for more than 16 countries.
